Delhi HC: Can’t Make Organizer of Public Meeting Liable for Hate Speech by a Participant - 24.07.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that conduct of one person in a public meeting cannot be tied to another person present therein holding him vicariously liable, has held that organizer of public meeting can’t be held liable for hate speech delivered by one of the participants.
