Gau. HC Cancels Bail Granted to Hostel Warden Accused to have Sexually Assaulted 21 Children - 24.07.2023

Gauhati High Court while stressing the need to sensitize judges handling POCSO Cases, has Suo moto cancelled bail granted by the trial court to a Hostel Warden, who is alleged to have sexually assaulted 21 children and criticized the Special POCSO Court for granting bail to the accused.
