Bombay High Court Directs Finance Ministry to Provide Proper Infrastructure for DRT/DRAT - 21.08.2015

Bombay High Court has directed Finance Ministry to consider providing proper infrastructure and space to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) for proper functioning in South Mumbai.
