Bom. HC: Can’t Use Plots Designated as Burial Grounds for Any Other Use - 21.07.2023

Bombay High Court has directed Thane Municipal Corporation that the plots which have been designated as Burial Ground in the development plan will not be put to any other use other than the one designated in the development plan unless requisite procedure of law is followed for the change of use.
