Del HC: Can’t Deny Appln for Passport Renewal Merely on Apprehension of Misuse of Earlier Passport - 21.07.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that denial of passport has the effect of seriously impeding the rights of a citizen, has held that application for passport renewal of passport can’t be denied merely on the basis of an apprehension that the earlier passports would have been misused.
