SC: Will Appoint DERC Chairperson as an Ad-hoc Measure - 21.07.2023

Supreme Court has stated that owing to deadlock between Delhi Government and the Lieutenant Governor, it will appoint a person for the post of DERC Chairperson as an ad-hoc measure till the issue is finally decided and that the appointment will be on a pro-term basis as in interim arrangement.
