SC Refers Delhi Government's Challenge Against Centre's Ordinance on Services to Constitution Bench - 21.07.2023

Supreme Court while observing that the extent of the powers of Parliament under Article 239AA(7) were not considered in either of the earlier Constitution Benches in GNCTD v. Union of India cases, has referred challenge against Centre's Ordinance on services to a Constitution Bench.
