Mad. HC: Nominate Nodal Officer to Deal With Requests of Department for Engaging AG or AAG in Courts - 20.07.2023

Madras High Court has directed State to nominate a Nodal officer to deal with requests made on behalf of various departments for nomination of Advocate General (AG) and Additional Advocate General (AAG) for appearance in cases by or against State Government and its Departments.
