HP HC: Can’t Create Bogey of Mistrust in Public Selection Process - 20.07.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court while dismissing plea seeking mandatory video recording of interviews conducted by the HPPSC, has stated that one cannot create a bogey of mistrust regarding selection process by starting a premise that something untoward is going to be done in every selection process.
