All. HC: Can’t Cancel Arms License on Mere Pendency of Criminal Case - 20.07.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that mere pendency of criminal case or apprehension that person may be involved in criminal case in future can’t be a ground for cancellation of arms license unless Competent Authorities records finding that it is a threat to public peace and safety.
