Bombay HC Orders Release of Man Sentenced to Over 83 Years Imprisonment - 20.07.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that if a man is made to undergo imprisonment for an excessive period, it would lead to a travesty of justice, has ordered release of a man sentenced to over 83 years in prison because the Court didn’t order his sentences to run concurrently.
