Ker HC: Footpaths Not Intended for Holding Demonstrations by Political Parties & Other Organizations - 19.07.2023

Kerala High Court has held that footpaths are not intended for holding campaigns, demonstrations, etc. by political parties and other organisations, by causing obstructions to free movement of pedestrians.
