SC Slams Centre for Denying State Human Rights’ Body in Delhi - 11.05.2016

SC has slammed Centre saying that there was no logic behind its refusal to have a State-Level Human Rights Commission for Delhi. The Bench made the remark when Rohatgi pleaded that Delhi was only a Union Territory and not a State entitled to have its own human rights’body.
