SC: Transfer Certificate Can’t be Relied Upon to Decide Age of POCSO Vitim - 19.07.2023

Supreme Court has held that school transfer certificate and extracts of the admission register are not what Section 94(2)(i) of JJ Act mandates and therefore cannot be relied on to determine age of the victim in POCSO cases.
