All. HC: Irrespective of Marital Status, Daughters have Right to Apply for Compassionate Appointment - 19.07.2023

Allahabad High Court has struck down the term ‘unmarried’ occurring before ‘daughter’ in Regulation 104 of U.P. Cooperative Societies Employees' Service Regulations, 1975, and thereby granted recognition to daughters to apply for compassionate appointment irrespective of their marital status.
