All. HC Stays Judgment that Read Down Regulation 40 (?) of U.P Intermediate Education Act - 19.07.2023

Allahabad High Court has stayed operation of May 2023 single judge judgment that read down Regulation 40(?) of Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Education Act, 1921 by holding that the same is arbitrary and infringe the fundamental right to choose and change own’s name.
