JKL HC: Interest Can’t be Given on Compensation for Future Prospects - 18.07.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that 'future prospects' are linked to potential income to be received in the future, and interest cannot be granted on the same since interest is awarded to compensate the loss of money value on account of lapse of time.
