Ker HC: Can’t Challenge Lok Adalat Award on Ground that Petitioner Wasn’t Aware of Contents of Award - 18.07.2023

Kerala High Court has held that Lok Adalat’s award can’t be challenged on the ground that the petitioner was not aware of the contents of the compromise made in the award and that she was not communicated about the same by her counsel.
