SC to States: Comply With the Provisions of Rights of Persons With Disabilities Act 2016 - 18.07.2023

Supreme Court has directed States to comply with the provisions of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 before September 30, 2023, and to appoint Chief Commissioners for persons with disabilities by August 31, 2023.
