Mad HC: Wife’s Plea for Vindication of Her Right Doesn’t Constitute Mental Cruelty on Her Husband - 17.07.2023

Madras High Court has held that litigation initiated by the wife to protect her property rights and the custody of her son for the vindication of her rights, does not constitute mental cruelty on her husband and therefore can’t be a ground for divorce.
