Delhi HC to MEA: Publicize SOP & Guidelines on Transportation of Remains of Indian who Died Abroad - 17.07.2023

Delhi High Court has directed Union Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to prominently post and make accessible the SOP and guidelines on the transportation of mortal remains of Indian tourists or workers who die abroad.
