Allahabad HC Rejects Petition Seeking FIR Against Mulayam Singh Yadav - 11.05.2016

Allahabad HC has dismissed a petition seeking directions to police to lodge an FIR against Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav in connection with an alleged "confessional statement" that he had ordered the firing on 'kar sevaks' in Ayodhya, saying "no offence" was made out against the leader.
