Meg HC: State Must Have Ensured Alternate Livelihood for Those Affected by Mining Activity Cessation - 17.07.2023

Meghalaya High Court has observed that it is for the State to have taken appropriate steps to provide alternative sources of livelihood to its people affected by cessation of mining activities in the State.
