Guj HC to State: Form Committee to Identify Rape Cases Where Convictions is Based on Weak Evidence - 17.07.2023

Gujarat High Court has directed State Government to establish a committee to identify rape cases which are pending before the High Court where conviction is based on weak evidence, so that the conviction can be set aside at the earliest even if the sentence of the convicts is suspended.
