Mad HC: Person Sending Message has to take Responsibility for Having Forwarded Message to Others - 17.07.2023

Madras High Court while refusing to quash criminal proceedings initiated against actor and BJP politician S.Ve Sheker for his derogatory remarks against women journalists on facebook, has observed that person forwarding message has to take the responsibility for having forwarded that message.
