SC: Can’t Seek Compensation Under 2013 Act if Proceedings Under 1894 Act are Held to be Valid - 14.07.2023

Supreme Court has held that once it is held that acquisition proceedings under Land Acquisition Act 1894 are valid, the claimant can’t seek compensation under Right to Fair Compensation Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.
