Bombay HC: How News is Less Fake, False, or Misleading Merely Because it is in Print? - 14.07.2023

Bombay High Court while expressing concern over distinction in the IT Amendment Rules, between print and online media, has asked how news is less fake, false, or misleading merely because it is in print and observed that such distinction will exclusively affect digital media, and not print media.
