SC to DDA: Take Action Against Vendors Encroaching Over Land Acquired for Public Use - 14.07.2023

Supreme Court has directed Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to take action against vendors who are encroaching on land that was acquired through compulsory for public purpose and asked authority to not allow pavement to be used for any purpose except for allowing people to walk.
