Bom HC to State: Submit Report on Appointment and Performance of Child Marriage Prohibition Officers - 13.07.2023

Bombay High Court while hearing a PIL seeking effective implementation of Prohibition of Child Marriages Act, 2006, has directed State Government to submit a report regarding the appointment and performance of Child Marriage Prohibition Officers.
