SC Closes Contempt Proceedings Against Office Bearers of Bharatpur Bar Association - 13.07.2023

Supreme Court has closed the contempt proceedings against officer bearers of the Bharatpur Bar Association for allegedly obstructed the work of legal aid defence counsel after Bar Association undertook not to obstruct working of any persons acting as legal defense counsel.
