Cal HC: Declaration of Panchayat Election Poll Results will be Subject to Final Orders of the Court - 13.07.2023

Calcutta High Court while expressing regret over repeated complaints pertaining to violence and mismanagement during the Panchayat Election, has directed State Election Commission to inform all candidates that declaration of result shall be subject to final orders passed in these connected matters.
