Allahabad HC: Can’t Force Rape Victim to Give Birth to Accused’s Child - 12.07.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that in case of sexual assault, denying a woman the right to say no to abortion and fasten her with responsibility of motherhood would amount to denying her human right to live with dignity as she has a right in relation to her body to say Yes or No to being a mother.
