SC: HCs Don’t Need SC’s Permission to Transfer Presiding Officers of Special MP/MLA Courts - 12.07.2023

Supreme Court has held that High Courts don’t require Supreme Court’s permission to transfer Presiding officers of Special Courts dealing with cases pertaining to MPs/MLAs. This was done to ensure that the administrative work of the High Courts does not suffer.
