Meg. HC: Rain is No Justification for Poor Condition of Roads - 11.07.2023

Meghalaya High Court while expressing displeasure over State’s justification for failure in maintaining roads, has stated that despite being one of the wettest places in the world, the same excuse of rain is given by authorities to justify the poor conditions of some of the roads.
