Mad HC: Frame SOP for Conducting Potency Test by Collecting Blood Sample - 11.07.2023

Madras High Court while observing that it wants to do away with the Two-Finger Test and the Archaic Potency Test, has directed authorities to frame SOP for conducting potency tests using blood samples in place of conducting it by collecting sperm from the offender.
