Mad HC to Police: Ascertain Pending Cases Involving Consensual Relationship of Minors - 11.07.2023

Madras High Court has directed police to identify pending cases before Courts/Juvenile Justice Boards involving consensual relationships of minor children, and observed that it will allow Court to deal with them appropriately including quashing of proceedings if required.
