SC: HC Can’t Quash Magistrate's Order U/S 14 SARFAESI Act, While Exercising Power U/S 482 CrPC - 10.07.2023

Supreme Court has held that petition filed under Section 482 of CrPC to quash an order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is not sustainable, as any remedy against such order can be availed only under the SARFAESI ACT, 2002.
