Ker. HC: A Judge Can’t Succumb to Threat Posed by Litigant Making Wild Allegations of Bias - 07.07.2023

Kerala High Court while rejecting plea for recusal of Justice Sophy Thomas by an advocate facing contempt proceedings, has observed that judge can’t succumb to the threat posed by a party litigant or his Counsel, who makes wild allegations of bias, or false implications in a case.
