Meg. HC: Being Mother of Minor Children No Ground to Refuse Transfer - 06.07.2023

Meghalaya High Court while upholding transfer of a woman employee has observed that rules governing the petitioner’s service do not give any latitude to an employee for resisting transfer on the ground of being the mother of minor children.
