Ker HC: Unreasonable Delay by Detaining Authority in Seeking Additional Particulars Infringes FR - 06.07.2023

Kerala High Court has held that unreasonable delay on the part of the detaining authority in seeking additional particulars from the sponsoring authority would nullify the purpose of detention and the order of detention would result in infringement of the fundamental rights.
