SC: Disturbing to See Trend of Projecting Civil Financial Disputes as Criminal Matters - 06.07.2023

Supreme Court has observed that despite judgments of Apex Court in the case of Priyanka Srivastava vs. State of U.P (MANU/SC/0344/2015
) & Vijay Kumar Ghai vs. State of W.B (MANU/SC/0348/2022
), it is disturbing to see continuing trend of projecting purely civil financial dispute as criminal matter.
