SC: Physical Disability Resulting from an Accident has to be Judged With Reference to Nature of Work - 05.07.2023

Supreme Court has held that in case of motor accidents any physical disability resulting from the accident has to be judged with reference to the nature of the work being performed by the person who suffered disability.
