Del HC: Traffic Authorities are the Best Judges to Decide the Issue of Regulation of Traffic - 05.07.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that traffic authorities are best judges to decide issue of regulation of traffic in the city, has stated that the Court is not inclined to sit over as an Appellate Authority over decisions taken by traffic authorities for regulating movement of traffic in the city.
