Del HC: When Appeal is Pending in SC, Only Apex Court Can Grant Furlough Under Delhi Prison Rules - 04.07.2023

Delhi High Court has held that where an appeal from an order passed by High Court has been preferred by the convict before the Supreme Court and the same is pending before it, then any direction for furlough under Delhi Prison Rules would have to necessarily be taken from Supreme Court.
