Del. HC: Baseless Targeting of Doctors is Bound to Seriously Prejudice Public Interest - 04.07.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that baseless targeting of doctors, unmindful of the consequences, is bound to seriously prejudice public interest, has held that striking off name of a doctor from the Indian Medical Register “partakes character of a civil death”.
