SC to Del. Govt.: File Affidavit Disclosing Funds Used for Advertisements in Last 3 Financial Years - 04.07.2023

Supreme Court has directed Delhi Government to file an affidavit setting forth funds utilized for advertisements by the State in last three financial years. The Order came after the Bench was informed that the State is not making contribution towards RRTS Project due to budgetary constraints.
