Madras HC Division Bench Stays Single Judge’s Decision on Madras Bar Association Membership - 04.07.2023

Madras High Court has stayed single judge order that directed Madras Bar Association to distribute membership without discrimination and observed that the matter should have been referred to division bench as all matters in which Registrar General is made a party are to be heard by division bench.
