Del. HC: 2019 Amendment to Section 29A of A&C Act Applied to All Pending Arbitrations - 03.07.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that 2019 Amendment to Section 29A of Arbitration and Conciliation Act is procedural in nature, has held that it shall apply to all arbitrations that were pending on the date of its coming into force.
