Del HC: Can’t Levy Property Tax as Business Building Because Advocate’s Office Runs from Residence - 29.06.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that premise wouldn’t become business premise just because a lawyer read his office file at his residence, has held that advocate's office run from a residential building is not subject to property tax as a "business building".
