Bom HC: Pensioner Not Entitled to Reimbursement Beyond CGHS Rates When No Referral Memo Obtained - 28.06.2023

Bombay High Court has held that Central Government pensioners cannot obtain medical reimbursement beyond Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) rates when no referral memo has been obtained by the retired employee.
